The discussion of racism became a “blame game” because there are many injustices in the world, the cause of those injustices are unknown, and the consequences are far too great to blame on a specific person. Hitler played a good example of the “blame game” because he was able to united Germany and turned a worn out country into one of the world power. He blamed the Jew for the economic failure in Germany, and when he got all German to believe that, he united them all. In modern day, “blame game” is also exists and it the main source of all the racism in the country. We blame Mexican for stealing our jobs and use public service without paying. We blame African American for the ghetto area in city and high crime rate. We blame all the Arab people for 9/11 and how the terrorist exist in our country. We blame the Asian for trickiness in business world. We blame the Caucasian for being racist against other race. The “blame game” provides a common ground for people of the same race to unite and blame people from other race for the injustice occur around us. And it true that conversations about race expose a dynamic of guilt and a sense of obligation to defend one's race because people are filled with stereotype and we feel it our duty to correct their mindset. Everyone is special and unique; you can’t judge us just by our race. Racial guilt exists because some people don’t want to judge a person just on the basis of their race but they have to because they have nothing else to base upon. The benefit of racial guilt is those people will be more open to accept people from other race and open their mind to new thing. Racial pride will hinder a person ability to open to people from other race thus close the door for other opportunities. Racial pride lead to racism because you only see your race as the supreme race and other race exist only serve as a cause for social injustice.
